Create engaging text, image and video content for social media platforms. Monitor and manage online reviews, ratings and comments to maintain a positive online reputation. Monitor social media channels and respond to customer inquiries accordingly. Conduct livestreams on TikTok and Instagram promoting company products and services.

Qualifications

Prior experience in content creation and social media management is desirable Basic skills in photography and video editing is necessary Excellent written and verbal communication skills Engaging and positive personality, not camera shy
