Requirements

• Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (written and spoken).
• Solid understanding of content strategy principles and digital marketing techniques.
• Demonstrable skills in content creation, copywriting, and editing.
• Familiarity with SEO optimization practices and tools.
• Basic knowledge of property management concepts is a plus.
• Ability to work onsite in Cheras, Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with MOKA Ventures' marketing goals, focusing on property management services within the hotel and hospitality sector.
• Create engaging and informative content, including blog posts, articles, social media updates, website copy, and email newsletters, in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
• Write compelling copy that highlights the benefits of MOKA Ventures' property management solutions for property owners, investors, and developers.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines across all platforms.
• Optimize content for search engines (SEO) using relevant keywords and strategies to improve organic visibility and drive traffic to MOKA Ventures' online platforms.
• Assist in the management of MOKA Ventures' social media channels, creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to inquiries.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to promote MOKA Ventures' services and generate leads.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content marketing, SEO, and digital marketing to ensure MOKA Ventures remains competitive.
• Contribute to the development of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and case studies, to support sales and business development efforts.
• Track and analyze content performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize content strategies accordingly.
