Job Description

:

Define, create, and manage marketing acquisition efforts across awareness, consideration, and conversion using multiple channels Analyse and identify the best content promotion trend to give further key recommendations in order to discover other ways of reaching customers and driving sales traffic Handling the end-to-end process of the influencer marketing strategist, starts from approaching suitable KOL/ Influencer, creating & present the brief, and reviewing their performance Ensure that a brand remains recognizable, up to date, and exciting to customers Making sure that branding is consistent across advertising and campaigns Supervising advertising, product design, and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding Plan and execute beauty-related events, product launches, and influencer collaborations. Manage KOL/Influencer seeding for campaign to create brand awareness and publicity Any additional ad-hoc tasks given by supervisor.

Job Requirement:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in brand marketing, influencer management, or campaign strategy (preferably within beauty, fashion, or FMCG sectors). Strong understanding of digital marketing, influencer trends, and content strategy. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and branding consistency. Proficient in campaign analytics and performance evaluation. Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet tight deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
