JOB TITLE: CONTENT CREATOR CUM VIDEOGRAPHER
Full time (based in office)/ Contract or Freelance (other states of Malaysia)
Salary: RM 4,000 - RM 6,000 per month
Responsibilities

• Brainstorm and pitch creative content ideas aligned with brand goals
• Shoot, edit, and produce 15-20 short-form videos per month (Reels, TikTok, XHS)
• Deliver edits/revisions within 2-3 business days
• Create 3-5 static content posts monthly (images/carousels)
• Write platform-optimized captions for all videos and static posts
• Translate complex product/scientific concepts into digestible content
• Design simple graphics and visual assets
• Manage and post content across social media channels
• Maintain and update the content calendar, ensuring timely execution
• Optimize content for engagement, reach, and shareability
• Track performance metrics and assist in monthly reporting
• Report daily check-ins at 8AM via Google Meet or preferred communication channel (Slack, WhatsApp, Email)
• Propose and support digital marketing campaigns with content strategies, KPI plans, and creative decks
• Assist with other marketing and campaign needs as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, Design, or related fields
• Minimum 1 year of experience in content creation and video editing
• Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop)
• Excellent visual storytelling, creative thinking, and writing skills
• Familiar with social media trends, content best practices, and digital metrics
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines consistently
