Bougas Empire Sdn. Bhd. is a leading Malaysian skincare and beauty brand dedicated to creating high-quality, innovative, and inclusive products. We are looking for a passionate and creative Content Creator to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities

Develop, plan, and execute engaging content (videos, photos, graphics) for TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms. Conceptualize and create short-form videos, product reviews, tutorials, and behind-the-scenes content aligned with the Bougas brand identity. Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas, campaigns, and strategies to boost engagement and sales. Assist in planning photoshoots, contacting models, managing wardrobe and props, and coordinating on-set activities. Edit and optimize content for various platforms to ensure high-quality output. Monitor trends, competitor content, and social media best practices to keep Bougas content fresh and relevant. Support the team in managing live sessions, campaigns, and influencer collaborations.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Multimedia, or related fields (fresh graduates are welcome to apply). Strong passion for social media, skincare, and beauty trends. Skilled in creating and editing videos (basic knowledge of CapCut, Canva, or Adobe tools is a plus). Creative thinker with a good eye for visuals and storytelling. Able to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
