We are seeking a

Content Creator & LIVE Host

who is confident on camera, fast-paced, and sales-oriented to support property sales initiatives at

Lagenda Properties

. This role goes beyond aesthetic content creation. It is a

performance-driven position

focused on generating leads, engagement, and measurable sales outcomes.

Responsibilities:

1. TikTok Content Creation (Primary Focus)

Produce short-form TikTok videos featuring property project highlights, promotions and sales campaigns, sales agent and team activities and educational property content (pricing, eligibility, financing). Actively participate in TikTok LIVE sales sessions, including hosting or co-hosting LIVE sessions, presenting property products, pricing, and promotions and engaging viewers and supporting soft-closing activities.

.Video Content for Facebook

Adapt TikTok content for Facebook Reels and sales campaigns to support lead generation while maintaining compliance and brand standards.

3. On-Ground Project Content

Produce on-site content from sales galleries, roadshows, and project locations to showcase active sales engagement and project offerings.

4. Sales Support

Deliver fast, timely content to support campaign launches and high-sales periods while adhering to department guidelines and SOPs.

Requirements:

Active TikTok user with good platform understanding Basic video shooting and editing skills (CapCut / mobile editing is acceptable) Confident in front of the camera, especially for LIVE Willing to travel and work on-site during sales activities Able to work fast and handle pressure Prior experience in TikTok LIVE (sales or engagement-based) anf property, sales, or marketing content is an added advantage Work Location: Kota Damansara

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
