Content Creator Executive

Job Summary:

We're seeking a versatile marketing professional with excellent English communication skills (speaking, writing, and listening), strong organizational ability, and a creative eye for media curation. This role involves designing and writing marketing collateral, curating engaging media, and publishing content across social platforms to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Write clear, compelling copy for brochures, social posts, email campaigns, and presentations. Ensure all content is grammatically correct and aligned with brand tone. Translate technical and operational inputs into clear, benefit-led messaging and value propositions. Maintain brand voice and tone, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
Design & Media Curation

Design marketing collateral (brochures, social graphics, infographics). Curate high-quality images, videos, and other media for campaigns. Create visual systems (iconography, layouts, grids) that are reusable and scalable. Prepare print-ready files (CMYK, bleed, dielines) and digital assets optimized for web/social.
Social Media Management

Plan, schedule, and publish posts on LinkedIn and other platforms. Monitor engagement and respond professionally to comments/messages.
Organization & Coordination

Maintain a structured content calendar and asset library. Coordinate with internal teams to gather inputs and meet deadlines.
Brand & Process

Uphold brand guidelines; refine templates and documentation for consistent usage. Maintain a structured asset library (versioning, naming conventions, rights management). Work with vendors (printers, photographers, videographers) and oversee production when required.

Qualifications:

Required Skills Excellent English communication: speaking, writing, and listening. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects. Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite or Canva). Familiarity with social media platforms and publishing tools. Ability to curate media (images, videos) that align with brand identity. Basic knowledge of content performance metrics.
