Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for motorcycles and the world of on-demand riding? Rapido Malaysia is looking for a dynamic and talented Content Creator to join our team!
In this role, you will be the voice of our brand, creating compelling content that resonates with both our rider community and our customers. If you live and breathe social media, have a knack for visual storytelling, and get excited about the roar of an engine, we want to hear from you.
Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Executive, or similar role.
Proficiency in both English and Malay (spoken) is essential.
Skills in content creation tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva)
A solid portfolio showcasing your skills in video editing, graphic design, and copywriting.
Excellent knowledge of major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube).
A creative mindset with excellent storytelling and communication skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
Content Development & Strategy: Develop, plan, and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns, brand values, and community interests.
Multimedia Creation: Produce high-quality and engaging content (photos, short-form videos, reels, stories, graphics, and written posts) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and our website.
Community Management: Actively engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and fostering positive discussions around our brand and services.
Brand Messaging: Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone of voice, effectively promoting Rapido Malaysia's products & services
Trendspotting: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, music, and features, especially those popular within the motorcycle and automotive communities.
Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to create content for promotional campaigns, rider recruitment drives, and safety awareness initiatives.
