Key Responsibilities
Create and post engaging content (text, images, and videos) for social media platforms such as
TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
.
Develop content related to
resumes, job applications, recruitment processes, and career tips
.
Shoot and edit short-form videos and collaborate closely with the
Content Strategist
to execute content ideas.
Assist in planning and maintaining a simple content calendar.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotions.
Monitor basic performance metrics (likes, comments, shares) and suggest improvements.
Stay updated on social media trends and continuously bring fresh ideas to content creation.
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in
Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or related fields
.
Creative, eager to learn, and willing to experiment with new ideas.
Basic skills in design or video editing tools such as
Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
are a plus.
Good communication skills and able to work well in a team.
