We are seeking multiple motivated and creative

Content Creators Intern

to join our growing team. As a

Content Creator Intern

, you will assist the creative and marketing teams in conceptualising, producing, and publishing engaging content for social media platforms. You will gain hands-on experience in visual storytelling, short-form video production, and content strategy--learning how creativity drives real business results.

This role is ideal for students or recent graduates who are imaginative, proactive, and eager to build a career in digital media and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Ideation & Development

Assist in brainstorming and developing creative concepts for social media content and digital campaigns. Research current trends, hashtags, and audience preferences across

TikTok

,

Instagram

,

XiaoHongShu (RED)

, and

Facebook

. Collaborate with the team to propose new content ideas aligned with clients' brand identities and marketing goals.

2. Content Creation & Production

Support the creation of engaging

visual and video content

for social platforms (e.g., short videos, Reels, RED posts, stories). Participate in content shoots, assisting with preparation, filming, and editing. Edit photos and videos using basic tools such as

Canva

,

CapCut

, or

Adobe Creative Suite

. Draft short captions, post descriptions, and hashtags to accompany visual content.

3. Social Media Support

Assist with scheduling and uploading content across various platforms. Monitor engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares, etc.) and help compile performance reports. Help ensure that all content aligns with the brand's tone, visual identity, and strategy.

4. Creative Collaboration

Work closely with designers, marketing executives, and strategists to align creative work with overall campaign goals. Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for upcoming projects. Contribute to team discussions on emerging trends, platform updates, and innovative storytelling techniques.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia Design, Creative Arts, or a related field. Strong interest in

social media

. Basic knowledge of photo and video editing software (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, or Premiere Pro). Good command of written and spoken English (Mandarin proficiency is an advantage for XiaoHongShu content). Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail, aesthetics, and social media trends. Self-motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)

Experience creating personal or brand content on social media (TikTok, RED, or Instagram Reels). Knowledge of content analytics and engagement optimisation. Photography, videography, or motion graphics experience. Awareness of influencer marketing and content virality principles.
