Job Description

• Degree in Film, Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required). Fresh graduation and willing to grow is welcomed

Experience:

• Experience in video editor or content creator

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g. CapCut).
• Experience with graphic design software (e.g., canva) is a plus.
• Knowledge of camera operation, lighting, and sound recording.

ResponsibilitiesVideo Production:

• Conceptualize, plan, shoot, and edit video content for TikTok platforms.

Content Creation:

• Develop creative ideas and concepts for video content that align with the brand\'s voice and goals.

Editing:

• Edit raw footage into polished final products using industry-standard software (e.g., CapCut, Canva, and etc.).

Storytelling:

• Craft compelling narratives and ensure consistent messaging across all video content.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the marketing, social media, and design teams to ensure video content aligns with broader campaigns and strategies.

Research:

• Stay up-to-date with the latest video trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve the quality of content.

Project Management:

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met and content is delivered on time.

Asset Management:

• Organize and maintain a library of video assets, including footage, graphics, and music.
