• 1-2 years of experience in video production (talented fresh graduates will be considered).

Skills:

• Ability to shoot videos using high-quality cameras or mobile devices.
• Proficient in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.
• Familiarity with trends and algorithms on social media (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook).
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.

ResponsibilitiesVideo Recording:

• Accompany the Customer Experience Interviewer to customer locations.
• Ensure high-quality video recording in terms of visuals and audio.

Video Editing:

• Edit videos with effects, text, music, and animations. Tailor videos for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook.

Management and Publishing:

• Organize and manage video files systematically.
• Upload videos to social media with appropriate captions.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the Customer Experience Interviewer during recording.
• Ensure customers are comfortable during the video sessions.
