Certificate or Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing successful content campaigns.
Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and social media management tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to adapt writing styles to different platforms and target audiences.
Strong understanding of SEO principles and content optimization techniques.
Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and delivering impactful messages.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work for 6 days per week (Rest at Sunday).
Responsibilities
Content Creation: Develop compelling and innovative content ideas for our brand, including but not limited to blog articles, social media posts, infographics, videos, images, and other multimedia assets.
Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement content strategies that support our marketing goals, enhance brand awareness, and drive engagement.
Social Media Management: Plan and execute social media content calendars, ensuring timely and consistent posting across platforms, while responding to comments and engaging with the online community.
Copywriting: Craft clear, concise, and engaging copy for various platforms, adhering to SEO best practices and maintaining a consistent brand tone and style.
Visual Content Creation: Create visually appealing graphics, images, and videos that resonate with our target audience and enhance the overall user experience.
Content Optimization: Continuously analyze content performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates, and use data-driven insights to improve future content strategies.
Content Distribution: Utilize various channels, including email marketing, influencer partnerships, and collaborations, to increase the reach and visibility of our content.
Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, content marketing best practices, and emerging digital technologies to identify opportunities for content innovation.
Brand Guidelines: Ensure all content adheres to our brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all platforms.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other teams to ensure seamless integration of content with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Able to graphic design for poster, banner, website, post feed (if needed)
Can be a photographer (Shooting skills)
Able to manage social media (TIktok, IG, FB, Instagram)
