Requirements

• Confident and comfortable to appear on camera for video content.
• Creative mindset with strong storytelling and presentation skills.
• Passionate about social media trends, short videos, and digital content.
• Familiar with TikTok, XHS, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook platforms.
• Strong video editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• (Added Advantage) Experience as a KOC / influencer / live host, or having a personal social media following.

• Experience with graphic design (e.g. Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Background in influencer marketing or brand collaborations
• Skills in lighting setup, audio recording, or live streaming

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (TikTok, XHS, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook).
• Appear on camera for videos, product reviews, lifestyle content, or brand campaigns.
• Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality videos and visuals using tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop content strategies and campaign ideas.
• Stay updated on social media trends and experiment with new content formats to boost engagement.
• Track performance metrics (views, likes, shares, engagement) and optimize content accordingly.
• Manage content schedules and ensure all deadlines are met.
• Support brand collaborations, sponsored content, or influencer campaigns when required.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for campaigns and social media growth.
