Experience in producing various types of short and long-form videos, including:
Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, YouTube content, product showcase videos, music videos (MV), and documentaries
Familiar with different video styles such as storytelling, lifestyle, commercial branding, and event coverage
Able to independently handle pre-production tasks including script planning, storyline development, and shot listing
Proficient in video editing and post-production (Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci Resolve)
Capable of producing content in multiple formats such as 9:16, 1:1, and 16:9 based on platform requirements
2. Creative Content Ideation
Generate creative and engaging short-form content ideas aligned with the brand direction
Stay updated with social media trends, especially
IG Reels, Xiaohongshu (RED), and TikTok
content styles
Able to provide
storyline concepts, visual references, and detailed shot lists
during pre-production
3. Social Media Content Execution
Create tailored video content for different target audiences
Understand the content style, algorithm behavior, and format requirements of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
Assist in planning posting schedules, content themes, and video publishing timelines
4. Project Management & Team Collaboration
Work closely with the marketing and branding teams to execute shooting and editing projects
Provide on-set direction to talents, actors, or KOLs to achieve desired visual delivery
Manage footage, file organization, and asset libraries to ensure smooth project workflow
Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously with strong time-management skills
5. Language Requirement
Must be familiar with Mandarin as the main working language (reading, writing, and communication).
