Position: Content Creator
Salary: RM2,000 - RM2,500
Working Days: Monday - Saturday
Working Hours:

Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Location: 04-08, Arena Sukan Kuala Lumpur, No. 210, Jalan Air Jernih, Setapak, 53200 Kuala Lumpur

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Creator to develop engaging visuals and social media content for our client in the food & catering industry.

In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality photos and videos, managing social media platforms, and creating content that attracts new customers while strengthening brand presence across multiple channels.

This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about content creation, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and has a strong eye for design and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

1) Plan, create, and publish creative content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
2) Produce and edit high-quality photos and videos of food, menus, catering services, and events
3) Manage and engage with audiences on all company social media accounts
4) Develop innovative content ideas to attract new customers and retain existing ones
5) Schedule and maintain consistent content posting to improve engagement
6) Respond professionally to comments, messages, and customer enquiries
7) Write engaging captions and optimize content performance using basic SEO and platform strategies
8) Monitor content performance and analyse engagement data
9) Coordinate photo and video shoots with the catering team at event locations
10) Collaborate with marketing and management teams to support campaigns and business goals

Requirements

1) Good in editing software (CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere, Canva, etc.)
2) Creative, proactive, and able to work independently
3) Good communication and teamwork skills
4) Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
5) Experience in content creation is an advantage
