Job Description

Plan and create short video content, including topic selection, scriptwriting, filming, editing, subtitles, sound effects, and special effects Manage end-to-end video production from pre-shooting to post-production, ensuring quality, timeliness, and performance outcomes Execute video scripts on set, guide actors, adjust camera angles, and ensure high-quality video output Utilize AI video creation and editing tools to enhance production efficiency, creativity, and scalability Manage short video platform accounts, including content publishing, updates, optimization, and moderation Optimize video titles, tags, and descriptions to improve visibility, click-through rate, and conversion Monitor and analyze performance metrics (views, engagement, feedback) and prepare reports with improvement recommendations Engage with users, manage comments and messages, handle feedback or complaints, and foster a positive community environment Track industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights to refine content strategies Ensure content compliance with platform policies, copyright, and relevant regulations Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align content goals and execution

Job Requirement

Bachelor's degree or above in Film & Television Production, Photography, Media, Art Design, or other relevant fields Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in short video production, advertising, promotional videos, or digital content creation Strong knowledge of video shooting techniques; proficient in using DSLR cameras, camcorders, and mobile shooting setups; able to independently handle video and photo shoots Solid understanding of lens language, storyboarding, shot composition, and visual rhythm, with the ability to execute scripts effectively and collaborate with content planning teams Proficient in video editing and design tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro (PR), After Effects (AE), Photoshop (PS), Illustrator (AI), LumaFusion, Capcut or similar software Familiar with short video platform content styles and workflows; experience using AI video creation or editing tools is an advantage Strong sense of aesthetics in cinematography, music selection, color grading, and overall visual storytelling Passionate, proactive, and curious, with strong learning ability, adaptability, and a collaborative team mindset
