• Diploma/Degree in Digital Marketing, Advertising/Media, Visual Communications, Multimedia Design as well as freelance content creators or interns are welcome to apply.
• At least 2-3 years proven commercial experience with the creation and execution of digital content
• Passionate about the online marketing job
• Creative and innovative to be able to come up with suitable campaign and marketing content for the business
• General communication skills and marketing experience
• Good written skills (English and Bahasa Malaysia)
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Attention to detail - exceptional spelling, grammar and command of the English language. Mandarin is advantageous.
• A great team communicator who keeps people in the loop and brings a positive attitude and a sense of humour.
• Able to multi-task, self-driven and self manage multiple projects and other responsibilities at the same time
• Able to perform, prioritize and effectively delegate tasks under pressure.
• Integrity to meet deadlines consistently and exceptional project management skills.

• Strategize, plan and execute Headmistress social media marketing and campaign to drive traffic and engagement to Headmistress social media channels
• Understand, ideate and CREATE content for Headmistress social media channels namely and not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and Website
• Keep up to date with any social media trends
• Ensure the production of consistent brand content, message and copywriting in line with Headmistress brand identity across all the social media channels
• Monitor, tract and report Headmistress social media performance
• Engage with social media users and respond to any mentions over Headmistress social media channels
