Requirements

• Completed a diploma/degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an eye for detail.
• A passion for storytelling and digital media.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, capcut) and video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
• Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging content for various platforms including Tiktok, Instagram, websites etc
• Social Media Management: Assist in managing social media accounts by creating, scheduling, and publishing content that aligns with the company's brand and marketing strategies.
• Video Production: Planning, shooting, and editing of videos for social media, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing, social media, and content creation to incorporate fresh ideas into your work.
• Analytics: Monitor content performance across platforms and provide insights for optimization.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to align content with business goals and campaigns.
