Responsible for planning, development and writing persuasive copy and content for social media posting, videos, and blogs.
Build and manage an editorial calendar; coordinate with other content crafters to ensure standards and engaging contents.
Conducting in-depth research on industry related topics in order to develop original content (combining online sources, interviews and studies).
Research and recommend videos for content based on what has been discussed and agreed upon.
Deliver content in different social media platform formats (word limits, hashtags and emojis).
Provide content for inspiration for distributors (video/ copywriting/ poster/ caption).
Write clear marketing copy to promote our products and the services. Staying up to date on industry trends to support content development.
Completing writing projects, meeting datelines and following content requirements in terms of style and project specifications.
Assisting the marketing team in developing content for advertising campaign.
Preparing content or copywriting to blast sms and emails.
Developing content for blogs, articles, product descriptions, social media, and the company website.
Creating compelling headlines and body copy that will capture the attention of the target audience.
Proofreading content before publication for errors and inconsistencies.
Creating and scheduling posts for multiple social media channels.
Editing and polishing content/existing content to ensure voice, grammar and style is on point, also to improve readability.
Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging, branding and style.
Do "Live" session in HQ pages or any other platform according to the schedule that has been set.
Any other tasks or adhoc tasks as assign by the Management.
Requirements and Skills:
Minimum 1 year working experience in content creation, marketing content writing, or related roles.
Diploma or Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, English or related fields.
Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (example WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, Magento, Shopify, etc.).
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
Stellar writing and editing skills showcased by a strong portfolio.
Ability to research and produce audience-specific content, and in our brand's voice.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising marketing campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
Adaptive and flexible to change.
Team player, proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines.
Good written, verbal and editing communication in Bahasa Melayu and English.
High passionate and desperate in generating ideas and attract crowd of all level of audience.
Excellent writing and editing skills.
Effective communication skills.
A portfolio of published articles.
Proven content writing or copywriting experience.
Familiarity with web publications.
Working knowledge of content management systems.
Experience doing research using multiple sources.
The ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.

Qualification
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree/ Professional Degree in Marketing, English, Journalism or related field.
