Key Responsibilities:

Research and develop effective, engaging content ideas aligned with the brand. Write, edit, and publish posts for websites and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu). Capture high-quality photos and videos of food, beverages, and restaurant experiences. Create and edit visual content (photos, videos, graphics) for online and offline channels. Coordinate with the creative team to design advertising posts for promotions and special events. Monitor and report on social media engagement, identifying opportunities to improve reach and interaction. Respond promptly and professionally to questions and comments on social media. Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies. Plan and report on content strategies and campaigns.

Requirements:

Minimum

2 years of experience

as a Content Creator or in Social Media Marketing. Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). Strong photography and videography skills for food and beverage content. Creative and trend-aware, able to attract and retain audience attention. Excellent written and spoken communication skills in

Malay

and

English

(Mandarin is an added advantage). Flexible with working hours, especially evenings and weekends. Team player with strong interpersonal skills and self-motivated to achieve results.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
