Requirements

• Diploma/Degree Students in Multimedia, Mass Communication, or related field.
• Gen Z or young millennial vibe (we're looking for someone who gets the audience!)
• Presentable, confident in front of camera, or able to direct others who are.
• Hands-on experience with video editing apps (CapCut, InShot, VN, Canva, etc.)
• Passionate about storytelling, aesthetics, and social engagement.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms & content types that perform well.
• Able to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos and photos for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook.
• Stay updated with social media trends, audio, and memes to create timely and viral content.
• Write compelling captions and copy that match our brand tone.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for campaign planning and content calendar.
• Showcase behind-the-scenes, product highlights, team culture, and customer experiences.
• Monitor engagement (likes, comments, shares) and suggest improvements.
• Attend content shoots, store events, or promotional campaigns when needed.
