Content Creation

Understands how to manage personal or small-scale accounts and engage with audiences. Ideally has experience as a XHS blogger. Participate in team discussions to improve content strategy and growth. Research trending topics and brainstorm content ideas. Assist in content scheduling, posting, and performance tracking. Support the marketing team in campaign planning and execution.

Marketing & Communication Awareness

Knowledge of branding, content marketing, and consumer psychology. Familiar with Xiaohongshu's algorithm and content mechanics.

Leadership & Collaboration

Experience in delegation, coordination, and driving projects forward (e.g. leading student teams). Strong communication skills and accountability in teamwork.

Learning Agility

Quick to adopt new media trends, AI tools, and analytics methods. Able to learn from successful cases and apply insights effectively.

Language Requirement

Must be fluent in Chinese and English (written & spoken).
