What you will be doing:
1. Content Creation (TikTok & IG)
Develop and produce short-form videos (TikTok & IG Reels) highlighting product usage, lifestyle moments, challenges, recipes, and brand stories.
Conceptualize fun, snackable content ideas that fit trending sounds, memes, and viral formats.
Shoot, edit, and post high-quality content consistently.
2. Instagram Management
Manage day-to-day IG account operations.
Plan and maintain content calendars (Reels, Stories, Posts, Carousels).
Write catchy captions, hashtags, and call-to-actions that boost engagement.
Respond to DMs, comments, and engage with followers to grow brand community.
3. Campaign Support
Support marketing campaigns (Raya, CNY, K-pop collabs, exclusive flavors) with localized TikTok/IG executions.
Collaborate with KOLs and influencers for joint content.
Repurpose content for e-commerce (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
4. Performance Tracking
Monitor analytics (views, reach, engagement, follower growth).
Provide monthly insights on content performance and audience trends.
Recommend new strategies to improve reach and conversion.
What we are looking for:
Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Multimedia, Communications, or equivalent.
Hands-on experience with TikTok/Instagram content creation

Skilled in video editing tools (CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere, After Effects is a plus).
Basic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Up to date with TikTok/IG trends, Gen Z humor, and viral formats.
Creative mindset, strong storytelling, and ability to adapt to brand tone.
Passion for snacks, noodles, and lifestyle content is a bonus!
