We are seeking a creative and energetic Content Creator who lives and breathes social media. The ideal candidate is a talented storyteller with a flair for creating compelling video content. You will be responsible for the entire content production lifecycle, from ideation and planning to shooting, editing, and publishing. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about the beauty industry and loves bringing brand stories to life through powerful visuals and video.
Tanggungjawab
Content Strategy & Planning: Develop and manage a comprehensive social media content calendar, ensuring a consistent and engaging pipeline of content that aligns with our marketing campaigns and brand voice.
Video Production: Conceptualise, shoot, and edit high-quality, short-form video content for various social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of the curve by identifying the latest social media trends, sounds, and visual styles, and creatively incorporating them into our content strategy.
Community Engagement & Customer Service: Interact with our followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner. Professionally handle all customer service inquiries, questions, and feedback received through social media channels (DMs, comments).
Performance Analysis: Monitor content performance and social media analytics to understand what resonates with our audience, and use these insights to optimise future content.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team (including the Live Host) to brainstorm ideas, plan campaigns, and ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
Ad-hoc Duties: Perform any other related tasks and duties as assigned by management.
