Job Details

Position: Content Creator
Salary: RM2,000 - RM2,200
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Location: Pokok Sena, Kedah

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Creator to develop engaging visuals and impactful social media content for our client in the food & catering industry.

In this role, you will produce high-quality content, manage social media platforms, and support marketing campaigns to strengthen brand presence and attract new customers.
This position suits someone who is passionate about digital content, keeps up with social media trends, and enjoys a fast-paced, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

1) Plan and create daily/weekly content (videos, posters, captions, blogs)
2) Edit short-form videos (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) based on brand identity
3) Manage and publish content across all social media platforms
4) Support marketing campaigns and promotions with relevant content
5) Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on insights and data

Requirements

1) Minimum Diploma in Communications, Multimedia, Marketing, or related fields
2) Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, VN, etc.)
3) Able to write in both English and Malay with a casual yet professional tone
4) Creative, trend-aware, and active on social media
