Content Marketing

Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation

Develop and produce high-quality, engaging, and entertaining video content tailored for TikTok that align with our brand / product / target audience, including brainstorming, scripting, filming, and editing

2. Trend Monitoring

Stay updated with latest TikTok trends, challenges, features, platform updates and emerging content formats to capitalize on viral opportunities and keep our content relevant and engaging

3. Collaboration

Collaborate with affiliates / creators to expand our reach and strengthen product / brand presence on TikTok. Work closely with the marketing team to align TikTok initiatives with broader marketing campaigns and objectives.

4. Audience Engagement

Monitor audience feedback, comments, and trends to optimize content performance and drive continuous improvement.

5. Analytics and Reporting

Utilize analytics tools to track key metrics, analyze content performance, and generate actionable insights for future campaigns.

6. Experimentation

Test new content ideas and strategies to continuously improve engagement and reach on the platform.

7. Compliance

Ensure all TikTok content adheres to platform guidelines, copyright laws, and brand standards.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in content creation, social media marketing, or a related field, with a focus on TikTok.

Creativity:

Strong creativity and storytelling skills with the ability to ideate and produce innovative and engaging TikTok content.

Platform Expertise:

In-depth knowledge of TikTok platform features, algorithms, trends, and best practices.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in video editing software and tools commonly used for TikTok content creation.

Analytical Skills:

Proficient in using analytics tools (e.g., TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics) to track performance metrics and derive actionable insights.

Adaptability:

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing trends, and prioritize tasks effectively.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
