Job Responsibilities: 1. Social Media Content Creation: Generate creative and highly engaging social media content, including posts, photos, videos, etc. 2. Creative Strategy: Responsible for conceptualizing content development, creative strategies, and finding suitable materials for sustained content growth. 3. Social Media Management: Manage the company\'s social media accounts, including organizing, posting and monitoring fan engagement rates and follower counts. 4. Trend Observation: Stay updated on the latest social media trends and news by actively watching platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, etc. 5. Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing and production teams to develop and produce creative content for social media. 6. Mandarin Content Creation: Ability to create content in both simplified and traditional Chinese. Job Qualifications: 1. Educational Requirement: Bachelor\'s degree or diploma in E-commerce, Marketing, Advertising, Media Planning, Arts and Creative, Mass Communication, Business, or equivalent. 2. Language Proficiency: Must be able to write, listen, and read Chinese as the position requires content creation in Chinese. 3. Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience as a social media content creator. 4. Creativity: Ability to create creative, impactful, and engaging content. 5. Independent Work: Ability to work independently within the team and contribute creative content during team discussions. 6. Leadership Experience: Experience in leading a team. 7. Social Media Activeness: Active presence on all social media platforms.
