Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and publish
engaging multimedia content
(short-form videos, graphics, blogs, reels, animations, stories) across platforms.
Use
AI tools (ChatGPT, MidJourney, Runway, Pictory, Synthesia, etc.)
to brainstorm, design, edit, and optimize content more efficiently.
Repurpose long-form content into
snackable pieces
tailored to each channel (FB, IG, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
Stay ahead of trends, memes, and content formats -- apply them creatively with AI assistance.
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to
translate campaigns into content that drives conversions
.
Track and analyze content performance to continuously refine and improve output.
Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Multimedia, Communications, or related field (fresh grads encouraged to apply!).
Strong portfolio of content (videos, graphics, copy, reels, or animations).
Proficiency in
content creation tools
(Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent).
Experience with AI tools will be prioritized
, especially: ChatGPT, MidJourney, Hedra, ElevenLabs, Veo3, Runway, Pictory, Kaiber, Synthesia.
Good understanding of social media ecosystems (FB, IG, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).
Basic analytics knowledge to measure and report on content performance.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
