Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Ideation

Brainstorm, develop and implement creative content ideas aligned with brand goals. Manage a dynamic content calendar for platforms. Stay ahead of trends for real-time, engaging content creation.

Content Creation & Execution

Produce high-quality content with brand consistency. Edit content using tools like CapCut, Canva, etc for polished results. Create content for both organic posts and paid ads.

Social Media Management

Post content on time across all platforms and ensure engagement. Adapt content to maximize platform-specific reach and engagement. Live sessions on platforms to engage directly with the audience, showcase products, and drive brand awareness. Coordinate live events, promotions and giveaways.

Affiliate Marketing & Partnerships

Manage affiliate marketing efforts, reaching out to potential partners. Track performance and ensure affiliates represent the brand consistently.

Collaboration & Coordination

Work with design, marketing, and sales teams to execute impactful campaigns. Build relationships with influencers and customers. Adjust content strategies based on real-time results.

Analytics & Reporting

Track content performance and identify actionable insights for improvement.

Requirements:

Education & Experience

Diploma or degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or related field. 1 year or less of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing (fresh grads welcome).

Skills & Competencies

Proficient in creating video/photo content with a smartphone or camera. Skilled in editing tools (CapCut, Canva, etc.). Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and trends. Excellent written and spoken language skills (BM/English). Creative, adaptable, and quick to pivot. Confident in front of the camera and engaging with audiences.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
