Requirements

• Strong portfolio of short-form videos (TikTok/Reels/Shorts) required.

• Possess at least a Certificate/Diploma.

• Fluent in Malay and English; Mandarin is a plus.

• Proficient with video editing software, camera & lighting equipment.

• Familiar with platform specs, trends, and creator features (sounds, effects, challenges).

• Excellent storytelling and pacing skills, with strong awareness of social media trends.

• Detail-oriented, idea-driven, able to meet tight deadlines and work independently.

• Immediate joiners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produce end-to-end short-form content to drive reach and sales conversion: concept, scripting, shoot, edit, and publish across TikTok/Shopee/Facebook/Instagram.

• Execute fashion product shoots: set up lighting/camera, style products, capture clean hero & lifestyle footage.

• Edit fast-turnaround videos with tight pacing, sound design, basic motion graphics and color correction.

• Optimize content for platform performance: thumbnails, captions, hashtags, and upload specifications.

• Monitor post performance and iterate content based on metrics and viewer feedback.

• Manage file organisation, project timelines and ensure timely delivery to sales team.
