Requirements
Diploma in a relevant field such as Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or equivalent.
Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience as a Content Creator or similar role.
Proficiency in Content Strategy, with the ability to develop and execute content plans that align with business goals.
Excellent Copywriting skills, with a strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, and the ability to adapt writing style to different audiences and platforms.
Solid understanding of SEO Optimization techniques and best practices to improve content visibility.
Experience in Social Media Marketing, including creating engaging content for various social media platforms and analyzing performance metrics.
Proficient in Video Editing software and techniques to produce high-quality video content.
Exceptional Creative Writing skills, with the ability to generate original and engaging content ideas.
Ability to work onsite in Jalan Putra Permai, Pusat Bandar Putra Permai, 43300 Seri Kembangan, Selangor, Malaysia.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute content strategies aligned with the company's marketing goals and brand identity.
Create engaging and informative content, including blog posts, articles, social media updates, website copy, and email newsletters, in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic visibility and drive traffic to the company's website.
Manage and maintain the company's social media presence across various platforms, creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to inquiries.
Produce high-quality video content, including filming, editing, and incorporating graphics and animations, to showcase the company's products and services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with business objectives.
Analyze content performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize content strategies and improve engagement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content marketing, SEO, and social media to ensure the company remains competitive.
