• Location: U1 Hicom Glenmarie, Shah Alam
• Salary: Starting from RM3,000 - RM4,500 (Based on Experienced)

• Proven experience in content creation, video production, or a related field (internships and freelance work are also valued).
• Proficiency in video editing software and design tools.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their specific video content requirements.
• Excellent creative, storytelling, visual design, and editing abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational skills.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia/English/Mandarin.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in photography, production, video editing and graphic design.
• Experience with design and editing tools & software, (eg: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premier, Canva, CapCut, etc)
• Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, WordPress, etc.).
• An eye for emerging trends in digital content and the flexibility to adapt to changing environments.

TanggungjawabKey Responsibilities:

• Develop, produce, and edit captivating video content tailored for various platforms, including social media, websites, and ad campaigns.
• Collaborate with the business development and creative teams to conceptualize and execute compelling ad content aligned with our brand strategy.
• Ideate and propose creative content ideas to boost audience engagement and enhance brand visibility.
• Maintain consistency in all content, ensuring IT reflects our brand voice, style, and messaging.
• Stay current with the latest trends in content creation, social media, and digital marketing.
• Assist in managing content calendars, ensuring timely scheduling and posting across different platforms.
• Monitor the performance of content and suggest improvements based on analytics and insights.
