JOB DESCRIPTION: We are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented content creator who can generate high-quality results for our company. The content creator will update existing content, create original content, and look for new ways to connect out to customers. You should also contribute to the development of our standard guidelines as well. To be a successful content creator, you should prioritise appealing to consumers\' interests by producing engaging content. Finally, an amazing content creator will encourage collaboration among company members in order to maintain consistency in our company\'s outcomes.REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
• 2 years or more experience.
• Bachelor\'s degree in media, advertising, marketing and / or related studies.
• Excellent research, organizational, and time management skills.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS:

• Video editing: Skills in creating and editing videos for platforms like TikTok.
• Graphic design: Basic knowledge of design principles and tools for creating visuals.
• Photography: Ability to capture high-quality images for content.
• Analytics skills: Understanding of website analytics and social media metrics to measure content performance.
• Adaptability: Ability to learn and adapt to new trends and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Research on industry-related topics.
• Create various content types (videos, articles, infographics) with relevant tone and style, adhering to the respective style guides.
• Utilize various digital publishing platforms to create structured drafts.
• Target content to specific audiences and focus on trending topics.
• Incorporate blog and social media posts in both websites and social media platforms like TikTok, Facebook and Instagram etc.
• Conduct keyword research and employ SEO best practices to optimize content.
• Analyse web traffic to measure the success of the content (e.g. conversion and bounce rates).
