The Content Creator role combines creative content production with strategic digital marketing. The Content Creator will be responsible for producing two engaging videos daily that showcase life at the college, and also for managing and optimizing our digital marketing efforts across social media, email, and advertising platforms.
1. Content Creation
Plan, film, edit, and publish two daily videos highlighting classes, recipes, events, student life, and behind-the-scenes moments.
Capture and edit photos and short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Stories).
Write engaging captions, video descriptions andposts aligned with the college's voice and brand.
Coordinate with faculty, culinary instructor, and students to develop content ideas.
Stay current with content trends and apply them creatively.
2. Digital Marketing
Plan and execute social media strategies to grow reach and engagement across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
Run and optimize paid social media and Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic, inquiries, and enrollments.
Manage and monitor email marketing campaigns (e.g., newsletters, event promos).
Track performance using tools like Meta Insights and Google Analytics, and report on KPIs.
Perform basic SEO tasks to ensure visibility of web content.
