Job Description

1. Content Planning and Strategy



Develop a content calendar for monthly and schedule content in advance.

Collaborate with the dentist to align content with the clinic's goals.

Conduct research to understand the latest trends and topics in dental health.

2. Content Creation



a. Writing:

WhatsApp blast posts about dental health tips, treatments, and patient testimonials.

b. Social Media:

Create posts, stories, and reels for platforms like Instagram, Facebook and Tiktok.

Develop engaging captions and use relevant hashtags to increase reach.

c. Visual Content:

Design graphics, infographics, and promotional materials using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

Take and edit photos and videos of the clinic, staff, and dental procedures.

d. Video Content:

Produce video content such as patient testimonials, procedure walkthroughs, and educational videos.

Edit videos using software like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.

3. Copywriting for Social Media Post



a. Platform-Specific Content:

Create engaging and tailored copy for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook posts, ensuring the tone and style align with each platform's audience and best practices.

Write captions that are compelling, informative, and encourage engagement.

b. Hashtag Strategy:

Research and implement effective hashtags to increase post visibility and reach.

Stay updated with trending hashtags and incorporate them when relevant.

c. Call-to-Action (CTA):

Develop strong CTAs that drive engagement, such as comments, shares, likes, and visits to the clinic's website or booking page.

Craft CTAs for different types of content, including promotional posts, educational content, and patient testimonials.

d. Ad Copy:

Write persuasive and targeted ad copy for sponsored posts and paid social media campaigns.

Collaborate with the team to align ad copy with overall campaign goals.

e. Storytelling:

Create narrative-driven content that highlights patient stories, behind-the-scenes looks at the clinic, and the benefits of dental treatments.

Use storytelling techniques to make content more relatable and engaging.

f. Engagement and Interaction:

Write responses for comments and direct messages in a consistent and professional tone.

Develop engaging copy for interactive content such as polls, quizzes, and question stickers.

g. A/B Testing:

Conduct A/B testing on different copies to determine what resonates best with the audience.

Analysed the results and refine the copy based on performance metrics.

h. Trend Adaptation:

Adapt the copy to leverage current trends and viral challenges on TikTok and Instagram.

Ensure the content remains relevant and timely by quickly responding to trends.

i. Consistency and Brand Voice:

Maintain a consistent brand voice across all social media platforms.

Ensure the copy reflects the clinic's values, tone, and messaging guidelines.

4. SEO and Analytics



Implement SEO best practices to improve the clinic's website ranking on search engines.

Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to measure the performance of content and adjust strategies accordingly.

Conduct keyword research to identify relevant topics and optimize content for search engines.

5. Patient Engagement



Respond to comments and messages on social media platforms.

Create engaging content that encourages patient interaction and feedback.

Manage online reviews and testimonials, encouraging satisfied patients to share their experiences.

6. Collaboration



Work with dentists and dental staff to gather accurate information for content.

Coordinate with external vendors or freelancers for specialized content creation, like professional video production or graphic design.

Collaborate with the marketing and administrative team to ensure consistency in branding and messaging.

7. Campaign Management



Plan and execute content marketing campaigns, including promotions, contests, and special offers.

Track and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, using data to refine future strategies.

8. Educational Content



Develop educational materials for patients, such as brochures, pamphlets, and instructional videos.

Create content for workshops or webinars on dental health topics.

9. Branding and Consistency



Ensure all content aligns with the clinic's brand voice, style, and standards.

Maintain consistency in messaging across all platforms and materials.

10. Technical Skills



Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for web content updates.

11. Continuous Learning



Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in digital marketing and content creation.

Attend workshops, webinars, and training sessions to enhance content creation skills.

12. Compliance



Ensure all content complies with healthcare regulations and privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA in the United States).

1. Monthly Social Media Planning



- To prepare content planning for one (1) month for next month every last 31th.

2. Marketing Material Production



- Number of videos produced and post minimum one (1) video per day (Thirty( 30) video per month)

3. Social Media Performance



- Engagement rate/Report view

4. Increment In Followers



- Tiktok, Instagram 10% increment

5. Instagram, Tiktok Story



- Ten (10) Story per day minimum

6. Instagram & Tiktok Live


- At least 1 hour per day

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
