Job Description

MAIN TASK AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:



Plan and develop content

for social media, websites, email campaigns, blogs, and other digital platforms.

Create high-quality written, visual, and video content

that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Conduct research

on industry trends, audience behavior, and competitor content to inform creative direction.

Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams

to ensure cohesive and effective messaging.

Manage content calendars

, schedule posts, and ensure timely delivery of all content assets.

Optimize content for SEO

and platform algorithms to increase visibility and engagement.

Monitor and analyze content performance

, preparing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Engage with audiences

through comments, messages, and interactive content to build community and brand loyalty.

Maintain consistent brand voice

across all communication channels.

Stay updated on digital trends, tools, and best practices

to continuously elevate content quality. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Content Production Excellence:

Consistently create high-quality, engaging content across multiple formats--such as videos, graphics, articles, and social media posts--ensuring alignment with brand tone, objectives, and audience needs.

Platform Optimization & Consistency:


Manage and update content across all digital platforms to maintain a cohesive brand presence. Ensure posts are timely, optimized for each channel, and structured to enhance visibility, engagement, and reach.

Audience Growth & Engagement:


Drive audience interaction and community growth by producing relevant, trend-aligned content, implementing creative storytelling, and leveraging analytics to refine strategies and improve performance.

KEY COMPETENCIES



Functional Competencies



Technical proficiency: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, EasyStore, Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop), system integrations, and automation tools for smooth operations. Project & Vendor Management: Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional projects and working with external partners. Data analytics and insights: Ability to interpret analytics tools, extract actionable data, and optimize strategies based on trends and customer behavior. Customer-centric mindset: Commitment to service excellence, understanding consumer psychology, and enhancing the online shopping experience Digital marketing expertise: Proficiency in SEO, social media, PPC, and campaign management to boost traffic and conversions.

QUALIFICATIONS:



Minimum 3 years of experience in social media content creation and management. Able to work independently, multitask and with a high level of attention to detail whilst under pressure

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
