The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and creating engaging content across various social media platforms, with a primary focus on TikTok live streaming. This role requires a blend of creativity, communication skills, and a passion for engaging with audiences in real-time to drive brand awareness, promote products, and foster positive engagement.

• Proven experience as a Content Creator or Social Media Manager, with a strong portfolio of live streaming content, especially on platforms like TikTok.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with a natural ability to engage with online audiences.
• Creative mindset with a strong understanding of social media trends and content creation tools.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with video production, editing, and using social media scheduling tools.
• Ability to analyze performance data and adjust strategies to optimize content and engagement.
• A passion for engaging with an audience and building a loyal community.
• Familiarity with e-commerce or live shopping platforms is a plus.

ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management:

• Oversee and manage daily activities across multiple social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Curate, create, and schedule regular content to maintain an active and consistent digital presence.

Content Creation & Engagement:

• Produce captivating, engaging, and visually appealing content tailored to the target audience on each platform.
• Utilize storytelling techniques to enhance brand identity and drive positive engagement.
• Create short-form video content for TikTok, and leverage trends to increase visibility and reach.

Live Streaming & Audience Interaction:

• Host and manage live streaming sessions especially on TikTok to promote company products and services.
• Engage with viewers in real-time, addressing questions, providing product details, and creating a welcoming environment.
• Drive sales during live streams by promoting and demonstrating products, handling customer inquiries, and providing clear calls to action.

Campaign & Event Promotion:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content themes, event schedules, and promotional strategies for live sessions and campaigns.
• Plan, produce, and execute engaging live events, ensuring they are well-organized and delivered within the designated time frame.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

• Monitor live stream performance metrics (viewership, engagement, conversions) and analyze data to refine future content and improve performance.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on performance data to optimize live streaming efforts and social media strategies.

Collaborative Teamwork:

• Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to brainstorm and produce social media content, including teasers, previews, and short clips, to build anticipation for upcoming live sessions.
• Contribute ideas for campaigns and assist with content planning to drive audience engagement and growth.

Content Scheduling & Management:

• Ensure that all content is posted on time, adhering to the company's social media strategy and calendar.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style across all social media platforms.

Marketing & Brand Updates:

• Regularly present progress on marketing activities and provide updates to leadership on content performance, live session effectiveness, and audience engagement.
