JOB DESCRIPTION: CONTENT CREATOR


The Content Creator is responsible for developing high-quality digital content for all Klinik IKRAM social media platforms. This role involves content planning, shooting, video editing, and designing visual materials such as posters, using at least Canva as the minimum design tool.

Key Responsibilities



1. Content Planning & Development



Plan and develop monthly and yearly content ideas (content calendar). Draft scripts, outlines, and storylines for video productions. Identify trends and propose creative concepts aligned with Klinik IKRAM's branding.

2. Shooting & Production



Conduct video and photo shoots at the clinic and during events. Direct talents (doctors, staff, patients) during filming sessions. Ensure high-quality framing, lighting, and audio.

3. Video Editing



Edit videos for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Add captions, transitions, subtitles, and relevant sound effects. Export content in various required formats (9:16, 1:1, 16:9).

4. Graphic Design



Design posters, banners, thumbnails, and marketing visuals. Use

Canva

as the minimum design platform (Photoshop/Illustrator is a bonus). Maintain brand consistency across all materials.

5. Social Media Management



Schedule, publish, and organise daily or weekly postings. Monitor performance and propose improvements. Ensure all content follows Klinik IKRAM brand guidelines.

6. Internal Collaboration



Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Doctors to produce relevant content. Provide coverage and documentation during clinic events.

7. Compliance & Professionalism



Ensure all medical-related content complies with privacy and confidentiality guidelines. Protect the professional image of Klinik IKRAM in all content produced.

QUALIFICATIONSMinimum Requirements



At least 1 year of experience

as a Content Creator / Video Editor / Social Media Executive. Ability to

plan content for up to one year

(content planning and ideation). Skilled in

video shooting

using a smartphone or camera. Proficient in

video editing

(CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, or similar). Able to

design posters

, with

minimum proficiency in Canva

. Portfolio of previous work (videos + posters). Strong sense of responsibility and able to meet deadlines independently.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
