PROTEGE trainee role

as

Content & Design

. This placement offers practical exposure in content development, visual design, and website updates to strengthen the company's communication strategy and brand presence across all channels.

What You'll Be Involved In:

Assist in drafting, editing, and scheduling content for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram) Design marketing and communication materials including posters, banners, infographics, newsletters, and presentations Support photography, videography, and basic video editing for company activities and campaigns Assist in updating and maintaining website content (e.g., news sections, project highlights, photo galleries) Contribute to the preparation of visuals and materials for internal events, CSR initiatives, and ESG reporting Ensure all content and designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across platforms Collaborate with various departments to collect information and assets for content development Organize and manage design files, photos, and media assets in an accessible archive.

Who Can Apply:

Degree in Information Technology, Graphic Design, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Interior Design, Marketing, or related field Proficient in Canva; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.) is an added advantage Basic knowledge of website content management systems (CMS) and experience updating web pages is preferred Strong eye for detail, creativity, and visual storytelling Familiarity with social media formats, trends, and best practices Good organizational and time management skills Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English

Experience Required:

Fresh graduates or those with less than 2 years of working experience are encouraged to apply Experience in any of the following is an added advantage: Managing or assisting with social media content Designing materials for academic clubs, events, or freelance projects Website editing using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Wix, Joomla) Video editing or simple animation for social media use Must be able to showcase creativity and design sense through a portfolio (class projects or personal work accepted)

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
