Kelayakan

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in advertising, media, design, marketing, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in social media content design and editing, with team management experience.
• Proficient in image editing software (such as Canva, Photoshop, etc.) and video editing software (such as Capcut, Premiere, etc.). Familiar with fast content production methods for social media images and videos.
• Familiar with content publishing and optimization techniques on major social media platforms, capable of creating platform-specific content.
• Strong creative thinking and design skills, capable of producing engaging content based on brand requirements.
• Good team leadership and communication skills, able to effectively coordinate team work.
• Fluent in both Mandarin and English, able to write and edit high-quality content.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in managing multilingual social media accounts is a plus.
• Skills in video shooting, animation production, or other creative skills are a plus.
• Ability to quickly adapt to changes and solve problems efficiently.

Tanggungjawab

• Manage and create content for at least 100 social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
• Develop social media content strategies to effectively enhance brand awareness and user engagement.
• Handle image editing, including creating social media posters, advertisement graphics, infographics, and other design tasks, ensuring the visual effects align with the brand image.
• Edit videos, including creating short videos, advertisement videos, promotional videos, etc., ensuring content is engaging and meets platform standards.
• Manage content creation schedules, ensuring content is published on time and meets quality standards.
• Collaborate with marketing teams, product teams, and others to ensure content aligns with brand promotion strategies and goals.
• Monitor the performance of social media content and optimize strategies based on analysis results.
• Train and mentor content creation teams to improve their design and editing skills, ensuring content quality.
• Stay updated with social media trends and quickly respond to platform and user demand changes with creative adjustments.
