Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Digital Media Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or related fields.
• 2-3 years of professional experience in graphic design or multimedia design, preferably in creative agencies or product-focused companies.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Canva.
• Basic knowledge of video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools).
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Creative thinker with the ability to translate briefs into compelling visual designs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• A portfolio showcasing a range of creative design and content work is required.

Responsibilities
1. Creative Design & Content Development

• Design product visuals, social media graphics, infographics, and presentation materials using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
• Develop engaging photo and video content including short-form reels, lifestyle shots, product highlights, and explainer visuals.
• Edit and refine content into polished, professional assets ready for publishing.
• Ensure every piece of content delivers a clear, impactful, and consistent message that aligns with the company's brand identity.

2. Product Design & Storytelling

• Brainstorm and propose creative design ideas for product showcases, campaigns, and digital platforms.
• Craft simple, attractive, and shareable designs that resonate with audiences.
• Match the right creative format with the right purpose, such as product tutorials, demo visuals, digital brochures, or promotional materials.
• Think from the end-user's perspective: "Would I find this design clear, engaging, and worth sharing?"

3. Content Support & Collaboration

• Prepare ready-to-use design and content packs (visuals, captions, product images) for internal and external use.
• Ensure all content is optimized for mobile and cross-platform accessibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, operations) to ensure designs align with product features and goals.
• Provide creative input in brainstorming sessions and team discussions.

4. Continuous Learning & Innovation

• Stay updated with design trends, multimedia formats, and industry best practices.
• Explore new creative tools and platforms to enhance content quality and efficiency.
• Proactively suggest fresh design approaches and innovative storytelling techniques.
• Continuously improve personal skills in graphic design, motion graphics, and video editing.
