Job Description


We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled contract staff member (6-month) to join our team. As a contract staff member, you will primarily be responsible for content management and improving the customer journey at the front end. Your role involves handling content management tasks, category management, uploading image content, tagging for catalogues search, standardizing banner/key visual concepts, and collaborating with the campaign and corporate teams. : Manage and update content across various platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality. Categorize and organize content to optimize user experience and facilitate efficient search. Upload image content in accordance with established guidelines and standards. Tag content to enhance catalogues search and improve discoverability. Standardize banner and key visual concepts to maintain brand consistency and visual appeal. Collaborate with the campaign and corporate teams to align content strategies and promotional activities. Identify and implement improvements to the customer journey at the front end, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for visitors. Work closely with the development and design teams to implement enhancements and optimize user interface. Monitor and analyze user behavior and feedback to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in content management and customer experience. Job Requirements: Bachelor\'s / Diploma degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience. Proven experience in content management, preferably in an e-commerce or digital marketing environment. Familiarity with CMS platforms and content management workflows. Proficient in image editing and manipulation tools will be an added value Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with user experience (UX) principles and customer journey mapping is a plus.
