Job Description

1. Content Planning & Creation

Plan and create engaging content such as images and/or short videos for the skincare brand. Ensure all content aligns with the brand's tone, positioning, and visual style. Identify key content elements based on product features, brand image, and the desired atmosphere for target audiences. Develop creative ideas and virtual effect plans to enhance storytelling.

2. Collaboration & Production

Work closely with design, photography, and videography teams to produce high-quality content. Oversee production and implementation processes, ensuring consistency and timely delivery. Provide creative direction during shoots and editing to maximize impact.

3. Performance & Optimization

Track content performance across Instagram and TikTok, including metrics such as views, reach, engagement, and conversions. Analyze performance data to identify effective strategies and areas for improvement. Continuously refine and optimize content strategies to achieve brand exposure and growth goals.

4. Trend & Community Engagement

Stay up to date with Instagram and TikTok trends, challenges, and trending sounds. Adapt relevant trends creatively to fit the brand's identity and audience.

5. Team Management & Development

Monitor and evaluate team members' performance, providing constructive feedback and guidance. Resolve team-related issues while fostering a positive, collaborative, and motivating work environment. Implement strategies to enhance team efficiency and workflow. Participate in recruitment activities, including reviewing candidate CVs and conducting first-round interviews.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
