Are you the ONE we\'re looking for We are looking for a Content Manager , based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia who will be responsible for planning, creating, and amplifying great content for our clients across Mutant\'s social media, PR and content teams. You are versatile, able to plan and write differentiated content - including for blogs, bylines, case studies, whitepapers, social media, infographics - love both high-level strategy and hands-on writing and editing; understand the importance of blending earned, owned, and paid media; can multi-task and project manage with ease -- then you might be the one we\'re looking for. You can also hold your own in client meetings and around senior marketers. A self-starter who is equally comfortable with developing strategies, ideating clever campaigns, crafting well-written content, analysing its performance, and proactively presenting ideas to clients. Last but not least, you have an awesome personality that thrives best in a fast-paced environment alongside a vibrant team. What you\'ll be doing: You will create short and long form content for a variety of clients to be used across various print and digital mediums You\'ll work with clients on their social media presence, including content planning, production as well as measuring performance and optimising for future recommendations across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok You will create content calendars for clients and C-suite executives You will plan clients\' long-form content, including whitepapers, blogs, ebooks, infographics and case studies You will be editing content written by team members before it\'s sent to the client You will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders including marketers, designers, writers and researchers to craft content assets that align with content strategies You\'ll oversee content collaborations with social media influencers and creators to narrate brand stories to relevant audiences. Managing multiple projects on time and within budget are a part of your strong suit You will be actively involved in new briefs and business development opportunities What you need to be successful: You bring along at least 4-5 years of experience in content development and content marketing roles, preferably newsroom trained You have a track record in developing and leading end-to-end content projects You have a strong understanding of social media, content, and communication strategy You\'re able to develop creative social-first solutions for different platforms and campaigns You are collaborative with groups both inside and outside of Mutant You possess the ability to find creative ways to deliver marketing messages to audiences through new, innovative channels and content formats. You are able to simultaneously manage multiple projects and tasks. Detail-oriented and deadline-driven You are a highly organised thinker with the ability to accurately prioritise and ensure key initiatives move forward You have an excellent command of the English Language and bonus points if you\'re proficient in Bahas Malayu or Mandarin!
