Job Description

• Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Creative Arts, Digital Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or any other related field. A working experience of the equivalent is also acceptable.
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
• Familiar with setup of all Social Media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc).
• Candidates with photo / video editing skills are plus points.
• A digital-first mindset and extensive knowledge of digital marketing and advertising, content writing, and content strategy. Knowledge in data and performance marketing will be of added value.
• Proactive, resourceful, innovative, analytical, and detail-oriented.
• CREATIVITY would be a critical trait for this position.

• Responsible for content creation ideas, script writing and video shootings.
• Responsible for social media posting / advertising, including brainstorm storytelling to work across all forms of content (writing, photos, and videos).
• Monitor, analyze and track the performance of online media content.
• Developing and executing content marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and leads
• Conducting thorough research on industry-related topics and identifying content gaps to develop content that resonates with the target audience
• Managing and collaborating with a team of writers, designers, and other content creators to ensure the consistency and quality of content
• Analyzing content performance and using data-driven insights to optimize content strategies
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and new technologies to ensure that the company\'s content remains relevant and innovative
• Managing content distribution across multiple channels and platforms, including social media, and website
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS)
