Get to know the Role: We\'re looking for a rockstar Content Marketing Manager to drive the content strategy and execution for FLUX ( across multiple platforms across all channels i.e, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tiktok etc) , ensuring a consistent brand voice and a cohesive messaging across our various online/offline channels. We are looking for a good mix of a highly analytical thinker with an audience-first mindset for the role. The day-to-day activities: Create and execute interesting and eye-catching content to drive awareness, sign-ups and leads to the FLUX platform for both our B2C and B2B markets. Collaborate with the Design, Product and Senior Management Teams to conceptualise content campaigns and storytelling Manage all content creation, revision, and retention across multiple platforms across all channels i.e, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedInTiktok etc Organise the editorial calendar and ensure all stories are published on time. Spearheads tasks regarding content as well as editorial strategy. Gain and implement channel standard methodologies to ensure message relevance according to the user\'s journey. Identify keywords for expansion on the site. Review content strategy and impact to business goals, applying feedback to optimise future creatives. Prepare and present data-driven insights of the past, ongoing and upcoming contents with strategies. Qualifications Proven work experience as a Content manager Hands on experience with MS Office and a CMS Basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics Familiarity with social media Excellent writing skills in English Attention to detail Good organisational and time-management skills A Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field
