We are looking for a creative and results-driven

Content Marketing Specialist

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, brand building, and crafting engaging content that inspires, attracts, and converts.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and manage content across multiple channels (social media, website, email, and digital ads). Develop and execute content calendars aligned with brand campaigns and marketing goals. Work closely with the design and digital marketing team to ensure cohesive brand messaging and tone. Analyze content performance metrics and optimize strategies for better reach and engagement. Stay updated with the latest content marketing trends, digital tools, and platform algorithms. Collaborate with influencers, media, and partners to amplify brand storytelling. Proofread, edit, and ensure all content aligns with brand voice and visual identity. Support product launches and brand initiatives through compelling narratives and visuals.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.

More than 3 years of experience

in content marketing and social media management. Proven experience in developing and executing multi-channel content strategies. Strong writing, storytelling, and copyediting skills in English (Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin are added advantages). Proficiency in social media tools, SEO principles, and content analytics. Ability to work independently and manage projects under tight deadlines. Excellent sense of aesthetics and brand tone. Added advantage if you have prior experience or strong interest in the skincare industry.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
