A. Position Overview

We are looking for meticulous and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as

Content Editors (Cantonese)

. In this role, you will be responsible for editing and updating product content using Microsoft Excel. This is a

pure backend role

with no direct communication with vendors. Candidates must have a good understanding of

Traditional Chinese

and the language usage commonly applied by

Hong Kong citizens

to ensure content accuracy and relevance.

B. Key Responsibilities

Content Editing:

Update and edit product information (menu) provided by vendors using Microsoft Excel in a clear, accurate, and timely manner.

Maintain Data Accuracy:

Ensure all product details are correct, consistent, and aligned with platform standards.

Support Product Listings:

Assist in backend administrative tasks related to product listing management.

Coordinate with Internal Teams (if required):

Collaborate with internal team members to clarify product details or requirements.

Uphold Quality Standards:

Ensure high-quality output with attention to linguistic accuracy in Traditional Chinese.

C. QualificationsEducational Background

Minimum

SPM certificate

and above. Fresh graduates with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Skills & Competencies

Language Skills:

Proficient in reading and writing

Traditional Chinese

, familiar with word usage by

Hong Kong citizens

.

Attention to Detail:

Highly organised, accurate, and able to maintain consistency in product information.

Technical Proficiency:

Basic knowledge of

Microsoft Excel

for data entry and editing purposes.

Backend Operations:

Comfortable working in a

non-customer-facing

environment focusing on backend tasks.

KPI Allowance:

Sunway Visio Tower

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
