Job title: Content Moderator (Korean)
Job Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Job Shift: Rotational Shift(08 hours of Working + 01 hour of meal break), 5 days of Working
About Job Role:
As a Content Moderator, you need to Identify and rate text and As per the defined policies and guidelines. His/her responsibility will include monitoring and Moderating user-generated content to ensure that the final product is as per guidelines
Roles & Responsibilities:
Reviewing Online Videos//Content/Complaints/Legal Notices received from the end customer on any incorrect decisions taken related to their copyright work/material Reviewing/updating contents on a popular social media platform Audit of content received and sharing for Social Media Upload
Generic & Behavioral Skills:
Proficiency in Japanese Language (Read/Speak) Good command over verbal & written English language Prior work experience in a LPO/Regulatory work, Social Media platforms is a plus Awareness of current affairs and events in the respective markets/countries Mature & analytical High on team work and engagement
